We accept Credit Card, and Debit Card payments via Sage Pay and PayPal. We trade as Say It Personally; this will appear on the Sage Pay screen and on your credit card statement. Orders will not be despatched until the customer’s funds have been paid and cleared in full.
Credit Card Security
Customer’s card details will be taken using the Secure Order Processing page via SagePay. Information will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal details such as your name, address and credit card details.
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail detailing the products you have ordered and order number. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error but will inform you at the earliest opportunity of any errors that require correction and do our best to resolve the situation to everyone satisfaction We may refuse to accept an order if goods are not available, we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment,.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to show the price exclusive of VAT.The price payable for goods are set out on our website and are subject to change. Prices stated exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are clearly set out on our website.
We currently deliver to UK mainland only. Please contact us for a quotation for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 – 5 working days, some will be despatched quicker, depending on available stock, and in busy periods we may take a little longer up to 7 working days. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, and we will only process and despatch orders during these timescales.
Some of our parcels require a signature; therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package. If the parcel cannot be delivered a card will be left and the recipient will need to arrange a more suitable time with the delivery company.
We can deliver to an alternative address but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct name and address is given. We cannot be held liable for any items which have not been received if given incorrect details.
Our parcels are despatched via Royal Mail or with courier services.
International delivery information
The majority of products available to purchase via our website are exportable, please call us to discuss international costs.
Please be aware your country may charge import duty over which we have no control. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from Say It Personally you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We maintain the highest standards of quality control, however if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you may return the goods to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receipt. This does not apply to personalised items. If returned after 7 days of receipt we will offer a full refund for the product less the cost of the original delivery. If you would like to return your purchase to us please call our office on: 01482 638355 to let us know. The parcel must be returned to us in the same condition as received with original packing intact and using a recorded system and a tracking number to ensure that the package reaches us. We will not be responsible for any returned item until it is signed for by a member of the Say It Personally Team. Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be issued and we will contact you with relevant details. If your parcel is returned not in its original condition or without its original packaging a charge will be made to rectify this.
We regret that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalised items, including Snappy Tags unless the product is faulty. Every personalised order we process is done on a custom basis. Since we print exactly what you send us, we strongly suggest you carefully PROOF READ your order. We will not be responsible for re-printing an order you have entered or sent incorrectly.
Errors or Orders Not Received
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily exchange or refund the full value of the item and your cost in returning it to us.
If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer's responsibility.
Any errors made by Say It Personally Ltd must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order or provide a full refund.
Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 14 days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 14 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, Say It Personally Ltd will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order.
Gifts containing Alcohol
In compliance with UK Licensing Laws, gifts containing alcohol cannot be purchased by any person under the age of 18 years old and cannot be sent to anyone younger than 18 years old.
Gifts containing alcohol are clearly specified within the product description.
We reserve the right to decline an order for gifts containing alcohol if we believe the person ordering or receiving the gift is below 18 years of age. In this instance all payment will be refunded.
SnappyTag is extremely secure and guaranteed not to fall off, however in the unlikely event that the tag is applied in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and it does come off the garment we will offer you a full refund of the product cost.
Gift Contents May Vary
As some of our products are hand created they may differ in comparison to the image on the website. Please be assured we always attempt to create your gift as close to the description as possible. We reserve the right to substitute items but we will endeavour to choose them as close to the original and to the same value or higher.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing to or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Use of Site
We authorise you to view and download the materials at this Web site (“Site”) only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. For purposes of these Terms, any use of these materials on any other Web site or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use.
